BMV Leads: Terms And Conditions

If you cannot contact a lead, we will offer you a FREE replacement lead if you email us on leads@bmvpropertyinvestments.co.uk within 5 working days. We will then try to contact the vendor on your behalf, if we cannot make contact in the next 2 workin days we will offer you a free replacement lead.

All the information we provide in a lead has been disclosed by the seller in good faith. We do not offer any other warranty with regards to the accuracy of the information that has been provided by the vendor, or the vendor's level of motivation to sell their property. You are purchasing the information disclosed by the seller regardless of its accuracy.

We do not offer a replacement lead if:

- the vendor changes their mind about selling their property, or selling at a Below Market Value price

- the vendor denies submitting any of the information provided

- the vendor has sold their property to another company in the meantime

- the vendor's financial situation no longer allows a BMV offer to be made

Each lead is sold on an exclusive basis, ie – each lead is only sold to one investor. All leads are sent out manually, and we aim to dispatch all completed orders by the end of the same working day.

Our advertising states that the vendor should expect the purchaser to pay up to £500 towards their legal expenses.
